Founder & Managing Director
Axel.Donald.SAUER
has many years of international experience in consulting, developing and operating projects in hospitality, senior living and care.
After senior positions in the international hotel and resort sector – including Club Med and Accor (Sofitel) – he founded ProLeisure Business Development GmbH in Frankfurt am Main in 2001. Since then he has been responsible for the development, consulting and operation of numerous hotel, resort and real estate projects in Germany and abroad.
Today his focus is on strategic project development, operational support and sustainable, economically viable concepts in senior living, care and hospitality.

Senior Project Developer / Business Development
Martin A. GEORG
has more than 30 years of experience in project development, management and the strategic marketing of real estate projects. After senior positions as head of marketing and deputy managing director in international corporate structures, he worked for many years as managing director of various project development and consulting companies.
His focus is on the development of residential, commercial, hotel as well as care and senior real estate – from acquisition through the creation of building rights and product development to sales and marketing strategies. He also has extensive experience in structuring real estate portfolios, restructuring advice (NPL) and building up development departments.
Since 2024 Martin A. Georg has worked as a consulting project developer for ProLeisure GmbH, responsible for the acquisition and structuring of the company's own project developments.
